RxAlarms is a personal medication reminder and organization tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Its AI-assisted reading of a prescription image can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and confirming everything RxAlarms detects before relying on it, and for confirming your medications, doses, and schedule with your pharmacist or prescriber. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately; do not rely on this app.
RxAlarms is offered on an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $3.99/month (price may vary by region and is shown at the point of purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (App Store) or Google Play subscription settings — RxAlarms itself cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period if you cancel mid-period, except as required by Apple's or Google's own refund policies, or applicable law.
You agree to use RxAlarms only for its intended purpose — personal medication reminders and tracking for yourself or someone in your care — and not to misuse the scanning feature to process documents unrelated to your own medications.

RxAlarms is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its AI-assisted scanning will always correctly read a prescription. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any harm arising from reliance on the app's output without independent confirmation from a licensed pharmacist or prescriber.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
